Project Description
As design lead, my team is responsible for helping to redesign the BGC engineering software suite of products, with a focus on scaling and commercialization. Our main goals are to create a responsive and flexible framework to simplify adding in new features, reducing clicks per action and lowering the amount of training time needed for new users while simplifying user flows and making the interface more intuitive.
Methodology: Journey maps, use cases, user flows, usability tests, UX workshops, user testing, user interviews, card sorting, tree testing.
My Role: UI/UX Design Lead
Outcome: Updates to the design were a contributing factor to an increase in Cambio's revenue by 75% from 2021 - 2022
