Working closely with stakeholders, I rebranded and redesigned the Sucuri website. In the research phase, we created journey maps, user personas and user flows. I then used these to design a full style guide and high fidelity wireframe with an interaction guide. I then continued to refine the site from user testing and stakeholder feedback. Then, I worked with the Dev team to build and launch.
Goals: To better differentiate the Sucuri product from GoDaddy offerings, we redesigned the Sucuri website to better target agency and enterprise users.
Methodology: Journey maps, use cases, user flows, usability tests, user testing, card sorting, tree testing.
My Role: Primary UI/UX Designer, and UX researcher.
Outcome: This redesign resulted in a +14% YoY conversion rate and a +16% YoY organic revenue increase.
